Karlie was always available for when I needed her.

She communicated exceptionally well! Worked with my banker so all I had to do what tell her what I needed and she figured stuff out I didn't understand. If she didn't know the answer to a question she researched and found it out for me. I love my home and loved that she found me what I wanted at the price I needed. She also had awesome ideas for renovations at homes if I didn't like something about the room. If I wanted to look at a house she found me an appointment quickly, and if we went in she'd give me her honest opinion without pushing her ideas. Some realtors just want to sell a house, Karlie wanted to find me a home. Good job, Karlie! God bless!

"We had originally had a home under contract on in June of 2023. Unfortunately, we experienced some bad behavior from our (buyers agent) and we walked at the 11th hour. My wife and I were very disappointed as we absolutely fell in love with the area/subdivision. Karlie kept in contact with us for almost a year. I became very appreciative of her honesty, integrity and competence.Karlie communicated regularly and made it fun. She did an outstanding job educating us on the mkt in traverse city Mi. In March of 2024 Karlie showed us lot 18 and it was absolutely perfect!Throughout the entire process Karlie was an incredible leader! Karlie is organized, competent, timely, enthusiastic, and honestly she's fun!We will always call Karlie first for our real estate needs in Traverse city! "Karlie worked with us in finding and purchasing our Suttons Bay home. She was knowledgeable about properties in the area and responsive to our inquiries. After our offer was accepted, she was helpful with coordinating trades people to address issues revealed by the inspection.
